Musica Iuvenalis to collaborate with the UP Manila Chorale this July!
They’re coming to the Philippines and they’re bringing their world renowned music with them! In celebration of their 50th anniversary, Musica Iuvenalis, in collaboration with the UP Manila Chorale, will come to the Philippines bringing their world class music. The Philippine leg of their tour will consist of a concert in Luneta Park. In this concert, the Orchestra will feature works by Bizet, Mozart, Puccini, Rossini, and many more. The Orchestra will also perform famous compositions from film and other contemporary compositions along with joint works with the UP Manila Chorale and Coro Tomasino.
Musica Iuvenalis is a non-professional chamber music body based at a former public music school at Sverdlovova street in Slovakia. Musica Iuvenalis has received many awards in their home country and abroad in its long history. It became one of the top European orchestras at the European junior music festival in Belgian Neerpelt by receiving first prize on several occasions and even garnering special recognition from the Jury. The orchestra is represented succesfully at concerts and festivals in France, Austria, Czech republic, Japan, Portugal, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Ukraine, Scotland, Belgium, Jugoslavia and Spain
